1. Payment & Reservation Policy
● Your spot at The Labyrinth Summit Retreat is secured upon full payment of the retreat fee.
● All payments are non-refundable due to the intimate nature of this experience and the limited availability of spaces.
● We intentionally limit attendance to ensure a personalized and immersive environment for all participants.
2. No Refund Policy
We understand that life can be unpredictable. However, because we commit to accommodations, facilitators, and other retreat expenses in advance, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances once your payment is submitted.
Instead of a refund, we offer flexibility:
● If you’re unable to attend for any reason, you will receive a full credit toward a future Labyrinth Summit Retreat.
● Credit is valid for 12 months from the date of your original retreat and can be applied to any upcoming Labyrinth Summit offerings within that timeframe.
● You must notify us at least 30 days before the retreat start date to be eligible for retreat credit. Notifications received after this window may forfeit eligibility at the discretion of the event organizers.
3. Transferring Credit
● Credit is non-transferable to other individuals without prior written approval.
● All credits must be used for official Labyrinth Summit programming and cannot be applied to third-party services or accommodations not included in the retreat.
4. Event Modifications or Cancellations
●In the unlikely event that we must postpone or reschedule the retreat due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, illness, venue issues), your registration will automatically be transferred to the rescheduled event or another available date within 12 months.
●No refunds will be given in these circumstances, but we will work diligently to ensure a comparable or enhanced experience is delivered.
5. Participant Responsibility
● You are responsible for your own travel arrangements to and from the retreat location unless otherwise noted.
● We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment.
